Salmon Patties

This is an easy, affordable way to work fish into your diet.



Salmon Patties

1 can salmon

1 med onion chopped

1 tbsp green pepper, chopped

1 tsp. salt

1/4 c. olive oil

1/2 tsp. black pepper

1 tbsp. lemon juice

1/4 c. corn meal or oat bran

2 eggs, slightly beaten
